For customers visiting us in-store, we can often complete smaller repairs within an average turnaround time of around 3 hours, depending on the type of repair required. More extensive repairs may take longer, but we will always provide a clear timeframe when you drop off your shoes.
If you can’t visit us in person, our postal repair service allows you to send your footwear directly to us. Once repaired, your shoes will be returned within the agreed turnaround time. Express delivery options are available at an additional cost if you require a faster return. You only pay extra for the delivery speed – our repair prices remain the same.
